From my experience dealing with Jet Vehicle Finance, I found their customer service to be excellent. It was Louis who I dealt with most of the time and he answered queries quickly and had all of the information I required. There wasn't any pestering to make a sale, he gave me time to consider whether this was the option I wanted to take. Also, after ordering a car, he kept me up to date with what was happening and tried to get the car to me as quickly as possible.
